I suggest anyone with an e-mail or recording from Maestro indicating he was William, or William indicated he was in fact Maestro, post that information on this board. Or, you can post directly to me privately if you prefer, but lets get that information out there. I also suggest that anyone who claims to have had a private meeting with William or a conference call where William revealed future plans for MMTE, post that information on this board or send it to me privately. If one combines this information with the e-mails I posted on I-dud coming directly from William and indicating no such meetings occurred and no such information was ever provided to any one individual or small group of people, then there might be a legal case against William. The information would need to be clear and specific like the e-mails I posted from William. I make no guarantees, but if the information is of the right quality there certainly could be a case. I suggest a case for insider trading or perhaps stock manipulation might be brought. But we would need to carefully review all information carefully before that determination could be made.
I still maintain that the stories told about William revealing secret plans to just a few were just that --- stories. Posted, in my opinion, to fool the many into buying more and holding longer. All the while the story tellers got out at a profit while all others were fooled and lost much more.
Think about this for a minute. Who controlled the narrative on I-dud? Who decided what posts could remain and which were deleted? Why were some posts deleted that could help investors get out without huge losses, and why were these people attacked by the "in group" of moderators and pumpers? Why would any communication coming directly from William be deleted? Yet, some posters on I-dud could and still do post negative posts all day on I-dud without any sources cited, and are not removed?
Makes one wonder doesn't it?
Another thing to think about is this, why aren't these "in group" members spearheading a lawsuit against Lieberman? Wouldn't these people have the information I just asked for? I suggest they are not spearheading a lawsuit because they know the stories were made up for their own personal benefit so that they could get out and you were stuck. After all, they do claim they made money and laugh at you for your losses.
