I am too. My point that I was trying to make is there are hundreds and hundreds of investors who will buy HHSE when it meets the SEC reporting milestone that do not invest in pinks, not matter how well run they are. Unfortunately due to most pink sheet CEOs not so smart antics, there are many who just won't buy non sec reporting. Eric has proved himself to be big board CEO and is doing a great job. I would like to see them make $3M-$4M in revenues per year and then go for SEC reporting status. I agree the company has to pay a bunch of money to lawyers, attorneys and exchanges to be SEC reporting so they should only make the move when they are so loaded with cash that is just makes sense to do it. Cash flow is everything. HHSE, led by Eric and Fred, will guide this company to the big boards where Eric used to be a Nasdaq CEO. I am in the for the long term as well and have been an HHSE shareholder since early January 2010 and I will continue to remain one for many years to come. I believe this one with a reduced share structure will see Dollars per share some day.
Cheers, PC
