And with Silicon that has been doubled for a couple of decades, hence Silicon is nearing the end of its capabilities... Bye bye Silicon, enter GaAs & POET! Moore' Law can be extended with 50 years due to POET! That means the speed can keep increasing every two years, for 50 years!
