I suspect Chris Clarke has the public duped...there is undoubtedly a printing press running somewhere which allows for this unbridled and precipitous amount of daily share dumping....what I don't get is how this situation has defied the public filings....Pam Bondi, Esq. does not take kindly to fraudulent securities operating within her state...
