4on4off on I-dud posted a link for the Wyoming SOS site showing William Lieberman increased MMTE's A/S to 25 BILLION shares, and awarded himself five million shares of Class C stock each share convertible to 2000 Common shares after the R/S. These Class C shares are not effected by a R/S which means he will retain the full five million shares even after a R/S. Thus, when the massive R/S takes place, William will be able to sell these free shares for a great profit. It's like free money. I can certainly see why the pumpers on I-dud love this guy so much.

Let's just say William does a 1/1000 R/S (I believe it is likely to be even higher), and the resulting shares list for .10 cents per share. The calculation works out as follows:

5,000,000 X 2,000 = 10,000,000,000 shares X .10 cents per share = $1,000,000,000

This should set William up well for his next endeavor. So I agree fully with what the pumpers on I-dud have said right along. William is, indeed, Brilliant!
