Interesting speculation. I tend to agree and if I had to guess I would say that the half a million dollar payoff to Fouch was to walk away from RFMK for good, like you say. But that is total speculation and the situation really needs to be explained fully and properly by the CEO. He cannot just expect shareholders to see what happened with company funds and not ask difficult questions and over time be fine with zero explanations. This I think is party or wholly why the PPS is where it is. There are practically no investors looking to have conviction on the bid side for RFMK when all we have is shady activities between insiders and massive dilution over the last year. There was and is the Ironridge funding and the launch of two products which is a positive, however from the CEO's own statements the company is no longer ordering new batches of the CannaCig/Cumulus so I am not sure where that leaves this company. We have been told a month or two ago that the priority is getting the company fully reporting, 10K, audit, dry herb vaporizer through testing and launched but so far no word about any of that recently. So IMO it does not look good for shareholders. It is truly a shame that this CEO could not deliver on promises made to shareholders because there is still a LOT of potential for this company and product, it just needs someone at the helm who will actually make it a success and realize certain accomplished business goals. If we find out later what the real story is behind each of these mysteries then great, but until then shareholders only have PRs, shareholder updates, rumors and speculation and a mickey mouse Q1 filing showing a large payment to a shady insider to go on as "DD" for this company. In the meantime, the market players will tank and spike the stock with big volatile moves on $1,500 worth of volume all day every day because they can; no real investor bid in the RFMK marketplace because the CEO has failed to give any positives to get the market excited about RFMK. All just my humble honest opinions.
