from my understanding the underwriters control & sell the share these shares are the new float after uplist, so the way i see it the commons will have to be ready to sell on or before the day of trading begins after uplist.cdft will get the restriction removed before the 6 months i not sure how / what forms need filled out but cdft / gary / jay has the answers. dont fall for all the bs on the hub.
