I wouldn't be surprised if he already had some money because last year they did a full implementation of MBS at an unknown cement plant, and I don't think he did it all for free. I also think that this cement plant will use MBS for a year and then it will be valuated, to then install it for all members of that cement group. Its plausible. But one way or the other he had cash to create a private entity, renovate a building + hiring new personnel etc, and later a few more, so he must have some form of cash. Of course he covered a $500k Debenture of GTGP, so he's not broke either, but yes I agree with you, he needs to have a contract or a project soon, just to provide operating cash until the cement industry gears into action. Oak Ridge maybe? Or perhaps something different, as J3 is qualified in more than just cement, soil & Mercury... Patience is required tho, as J3 is a startup and it always takes some time to get the show on the road... Within a couple of months there's a UN treaty & a worldwide convention about Mercury, so something good can come out of that as well. The UNEP convention is scheduled for Oct & that should provide for a hot winter & 2014 IMO...
