I see many people posting on I-dud how sorry they feel for everyone who invested in MMTE. Let me just say that I too am sorry that so many lost so much on this sink hole of a company.
When I posted that William lied to my face about the M&A Associates lawsuit, I was bashed for it. However, investors must understand that I and Okoil were with MMTE for years, and long before most others even heard of this company. During that time I was in constant contact with William, and he typically responded to me before all others because of my long history with him. So, his lie to me regarding the lawsuit was telling.
Brian told me William had changed just before he left MMTE. Brian said he changed almost overnight. From this point on, I could not trust William, and I found it hard to believe that others still did. It is what it is, and no one needs to like it. When I later came back to the MMTE board and read posts that seemed (to me) really bizarre, I commented that such posts should not be made, because no one knows if any of the things stated would come true. Once again, I was slammed and accused of having an agenda.
Finally, I contacted William personally and asked about the statements being made by the trusted moderators on I-dud that MMTE would merge with TTXP, that the merged company would be gold mining and copper mining and producing lithium within the year. William told me in a series of e-mails that these stories were all nonsense. I posted the e-mails from William stating these stories were nonsense, but again they were bashed and removed. So now we are here. People were betrayed or at least feel this way, and the money is all gone.
Now William says he plans a reverse split, and the R/S is likely to be massive since he increased the A/S to 25 BILLION SHARES. This means shareholders are likely to get nothing. But what did you have anyway? Does MMTE still have concessions? I have stated before that I don't really think so. And now, MMTE is back in the oil and gas business --- a business failed at not long ago. Of course, that venture failed because he refused to pay wages to the people who worked for him, and so the employees went to court and won an injunction. MMTE couldn't drill for oil unless back wages were paid, and this infuriated William. Thus, the lithium notion was born. A true rinse, wash, and repeat operation if ever we seen one.
I sympathize with all who lost money, and wish you the best. You did nothing wrong except for listening to fools, idiots, and con men. Penny Land At It's Best.
