Fought for with honor and bravery throughout history by countless men and women both at home and abroad. Thank you to all of you who have served this great country of ours.
Interestingly enough, my very distant relative served in the american revolution as captain of the Gunboat Philadelphia. She was sunk in the battle of valcor island in 1776. Amazingly, her wreckage was recovered in 1935, over 150 years later and now she sits at the National Musemum of American history. Preserving our history the dark cold depths of Lake Champlain are a testiment to the ability for such hard woods to be viable and valuable after such a lengthy amount of time submerged underwater. I think Tygerlink could easily have been involved in such salvage recovery efforts.
Today I am proud to be an American and a shareholder of Hollund Industrial Marine.
Happy 4th of July.
