I am a major shareholder in EEGC and live in Tasmania i find it highly offensive that Hugh/Oilcloth has made a personal attack on Paul Heath .
Oilslueth you are a dog !
You can not even admit you were present in court you could have passed for a homeless person given your dress just goes to show what little respect you have for the court or yourself for that matter
Paul Heath would have been more than happy to have had the case heard as set down but given his blood pressure was 180/100 he was advised not to have any more stress as he is the father of 3 young children and the husband of a young wife .
Knowing full well that Alan Barnett had a massive heart attack late last year ,Paul thought it prudent to seek medical attention he is not one bit afraid to man up and defend the rights of GSLM/EEGC even though he no longer works for the company.
A point well worth noting the solicitors acting for the MRT dumped another set of documents on Paul's lap hours before the case was meant to start well outside the prescribed time as set down by the Magistrate leaving Paul little or no time to peruse the new affidavits plonked upon him
Unlike you Oil slueth who slinks scruffily into court and studiously takes notes and still misconstrues exactly what the magistrate said .Paul has always been a man of integrity and has the respect of both his fellow workers and the Tasmanian shareholders of EEGC
As a shareholder and one of the many volunteer's that are keeping the company going oilslueth i defy you to ever defame Paul Heaths name again what a dog you are
