LOL Yeah it can be frustrating watching the govt @ work... (contradiction in terminus).
We know they're slow, but the problems with the environment have been lingering for decades, or should I say conclusive legislation in that area has been postponed for so long. Yet the iron is casted IMO with the NESHAP/MACT & other rules they set forth, there is no way around it. 2015 is still in the reign period of Obama and no one will thwart those rules, so at one point they ought to gear into action, and IMO that should start in 2014. As witnessed in that World Cement article companies are already discussing and preparing themselves to instal Hg remediation tech. Of course they'll talk about it for a while and then they'll move forward. Or it could be that they're waiting on the UNEP convention in Oct about the world wide Hg problem to determine their final moves. But even then, they can't escape the 2015 deadline. A few of them can ask for an extension but our focus should be with the lionshare of all the cement & power plants. We know we have a superior product and those companies know it too so its only a matter of time before we see our first contract. Given the fact that the total Hg market is worth Billions we only need a very small % of that market to score big! & thats what I'm here for
