I agree, good assessment. IMO the CEO alone must act in order to get RFMK moving in any way shape or form. The real question for shareholders and/or RFMK followers is, will the CEO deliver or not?
The last PR is below and it has some rather interesting and positive excerpts, it suggests great things are coming for RFMK, but, alas, it was announced mid May. It is now July, so I think if there is any "wall" to break down soon , it will have to be this business as usual of the CEO alleging great things "... coming soon..." and then nothing actually happening. At the same time, if the business is encountering difficulties, well then that is business, it happens, nothing wrong with that, it's unfortunate for stakeholders but one cannot blame the CEO for so-called "skeletons" in the RFMK closet, if that was the case. Either the CEO delivers on promises made or he does not. I still think the company itself and the product have great potential if management can bring that advantage to fruition, but no real business was made overnight, yet, that does not seem to stop some out there from personally attacking the management team and calling it all a scam, etc on a nightly basis. Intriguing it is to consider why such individuals would spend so much time and effort actively bashing this stock, company and management team daily, of course under the guise they are investor saviours, helping protect innocent lambs from the slaughter of the insiders and crony CEO's; they fancy themselves a "fraud task force". LOL
Much to learn of the force they still have.

Rapid Fire Marketing's New Dry Vaporizer Undergoing Testing With First Prototype
CARSON CITY, NV, May 16, 2013 (Marketwired via COMTEX) -- Rapid Fire Marketing (pinksheets:RFMK), a leading maker of vaporizers, announced today that the Company's new dry herb vaporizer is being tested with the first working prototype. This testing phase is expected to be complete soon. The vaporizer will then move to the production phase. Images of the working prototype are available on the Company's website: ( http://rapid-fire-marketing.com/rapid-fire-ma...-prototype ).
The company's proprietary dry herb vaporizer will have several features which will benefit users:
-- Three Temperature Settings: Different herbs vaporize at different
temperatures. This will allow the user to select the best temperature
for the herb they want to vaporize.
-- Constant Heat Distribution: Internal stainless steel heating chamber
provides easy access for changing dry aromatherapy herbs, provides
advanced heat distribution and easy cleaning. One of the biggest
issues for dry vaporizers is the difficulty in 'drawing' vapor from
the unit because of the heating coil configuration found in most
units. This new vaporizer will have a constant heat distribution
mechanism which will enable a much easier 'draw' and superior taste.
However, after 15 minutes of inactivity, the unit will lower the
temperature in the chamber to conserve battery life.
-- Fold open and fold close design: This design will allow the user to
quickly and easily swap batteries, load and clean the unit.
This new unit is being designed with no "off the shelf" components in order to be a superior unit at a very competitive price point.
Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing, said, "We have four primary short term objectives which are to get fully reporting, get our DTC chill lifted, appoint a Board of Directors and get the new dry vaporizer to market. I appreciate HexCorp's hard work in staying on top of the dry vaporizer development and keeping this project moving along on schedule."
