About Intelsat, From the link provided by saralove I went through there most current fillings nothing I noticed stood out, There fillings are long . I did notice that they had a conference call in May and its prerecorded I will on Saturday plug in to that maybe I pick something up there.
Intelsat also has some debt and notes comming due and also new Sat getting ready to go up and there focuse is Asia, Latin , America, And others to like Norwegian. But they are using Sat signalsl not compression for the harder to reach areas like Norwegian & couple others too.
In the last year they partnered with two more companies, Sorry the name escapes me but one has compression technologies its to help with the new sats going up for the hard to reach areas. The other company is sat signals to one another to help in the lowering bandwieth some how. 2012 Globcast has the compression Tech.
I did not see any DUTV Tech being used in anything Ive read.
Notes comming due and new Sats going up, Would explain the IPO Funny in the filling they said they wanted 500 million but the recived 347 million so they ended up under valuing the IPO. Works for me It was Goldman, JP morgan had there hands in it.
