Right on DTL.  When you consider what it means for Treaty investors, that's huge.  But another important picture is kinda hidden.  That picture is that the GOB was willing to step up and get things put into place for Treaty and other small E&P companies at the Belize Supreme Court that should offer them as a government to improve their opportunity for more tax revenue with the success of the oil companies hitting more wells in their country.  And I suppose most posters do understand that the GOB  had some eventful moments in their attempts to restructure their world bank debts recently.  They were successful, but now they still need to increase their tax revenues to be sufficiently capable of repaying their loans and continuing to improve their country.  So you're right on.  This success is important to lots of folks.  Cheers.  And remember,....
