I'm wondering if the Stop sign signals the fins be

I'm wondering if the Stop sign signals the fins being complete but yet to be released - perhaps there are more hoops to jump through before they can do this, or maybe just waiting until after your holiday over there.

Anyway it was a good day for picking up some cheap stock!
