Received this from my buddy concerning NTEK PATENT
Post# of 96879
With all the commotion this morning with our supposedly big sell-off and then a nice run into the afternoon, nobody seemed to notice this. In this mornings press release this was stated:
The Hannover House titles will be available through a dedicated "Book Channel" which is built on "NanoTech's PATENT PENDING" TV-Book technology. The proprietary system provides users with an eBook like experience on their Television, including the ability to change font sizes, page color, create bookmarks and search for key words.
And also this:
NanoTech CEO Jeffrey A. Foley commented, "We were excited to expand our relationship with Hannover House and leverage our investment in eBook and our own proprietary "PATENT PENDING technology". With state of the art products and channels based on our TV-Book technology, we truly believe that NanoTech is providing the Future of Television."
It's is against the law to use "patent pending" when a patent hasn't been file or received so I sent an Email to Lorraine. And here is her response:
REQUEST AND REPLY FROM NTEK
Hi Lorraine,
In today's news release it was mentioned a couple of times "NTEKs patent pending technology" (twice I believe). Is it safe to assume that NTEK has filed for patents? Thanks in advance!!

NanoTech has filed for patents and has acquired some patents.
To me this is the best news we have received to date. The technology that NTEK has invented is theirs and only theirs. If someone wants to use it, it's called licensing and it makes companies millions of dollars every day!!!! Who else is excited cause this guy is!!!!
