Oh lord Polkadot! That is a contest question worthy of a chemist! 
I have to say that I have no idea. I thought he might have stumbled on an active, unpatented reverse isomer of a common drug....but have no ideas beyond that.
You are our resident chemist! I look to you to break this down for us when it comes out!
