If that is your explanation for today, then what is your explanation on the move from 6/25 the day following the first 4 cent close on the stock tin nearly a year? Nobody knew about the specific outstanding share change, which by the way is from last year's activities and went towards keeping the doors open.
People that were greedy at 4 cents are now fearful at just above 2 cents. It's emotional ebb and flow and the big boys are having a field day grabbing cheapies.
