I want to point something out:
We do not know that the response to the FDA questions was submitted on 7 June. It is more than likely that the response was submitted prior to this. The date of the PR has no real bearing on this. The responses could have been submitted in May for all we know with further follow-up already being processed and the approval (or disapproval) already being issued. Then again, Koos could be working up a PR right now, announcing that trials are a go and preparations to proceed are in the making.
If I read one more message that asserts 7 July is a definitive, I think my head is going to explode.
From a scientific viewpoint, there is no reason for the FDA to deny trials. As I stated in my last message to bioboy however, there might be an issue and it has everything to do with the price tag that can be attached to the treatment, since after all, if successful, it will change the face of pharma forever.
