Here is my no. 1 and only problem with TECO but it is a problem that has led to many other problems IMO. PR dated 12/11/2012 i.e. almost 7 months ago. Drilling was suppose to start on 12/26/2012. 7 months is a ridiculous amount of time to complete a well in any country. If the dilution during 2012 went to an expedited drilling program and we already had Belize revenue coming in then I would understand but all this money was spent on expenses that I can't imagine being related to an expedited drilling program. We have 80 BPD in Texas and zero pumping in Belize six months into 2013. Is Belize on the moon and it took a few space shuttles to get the equipment up there? LOL! TNC completes two wells in two months. How much has this Belize drilling program cost us and what will be the payback? SJ no. 3 better have some tremendous positive results and they better be announced soon.
San Juan 3 and 4:
We have applied for 2 additional Permits for wells a mile north of the initial San Juan Wells. We are currently acquiring casing, pipes, and mud to be loaded during the next 2-3 days out of Houston. The truck is expected to leave Houston by Thursday and to arrive in Belize on Monday morning. We will be clearing the location and preparing the pad sites by this weekend and expect to begin drilling sometime around the week of December 26th. We expect drilling to take around 5-7 days.
