If this information were really truthful and the average message board poster had first hand knowledge of it then I'll assume thousands others close to Belize would know this information via word of mouth as well.   This type of information would be tough to contain. If I knew this information was 100% accurate then I would have been remortgaged all I own and taking life savings and buying millions of shares over the course of the last couple weeks but I haven't and not too many others have been either.  So why all the selling on Friday and why does TECO sit at mid 2's if Belize is going to be such an event?  Volume precedes price so let's see what the volume in early July looks like and whether that volume is a majority of buy orders.  I hope so and I've been ready for years!
