WPNV We already know how solid WPNV's fundamentals are, and a confirmed "Flag" technical formation setting up for an XTREME bullish rally - now shorts which have been on the OTCmarkets flagged with a Reg SHO or a failure to deliver (unable to find borrowed shares to cover their short position ) for 16 days looks like they are at the end of their rope and will soon be forced to buy back shares in the market at any cost -and we estimate millions of shares here
