All, I've combined the e.Digital Infringement Cases with the current Docket Report in a spreadsheet for each case, open or closed, this should help keep us up to date on the proceedings of the cases. If you want to view the Docket Report, just click the name of the case and the link should take you to it. ;-)

At first, I was doing this to make it easier for me to keep up with everything but Handal started to put the hammer down and things unfolded very quickly. Which is a good thing. So, I thought it would benefit everyone if I just published the spreadsheet online. ( Good Ol' Google Docs ).... So, I hope this makes it easier for everyone to keep up with the cases. In my line of work a good spreadsheet can be your best friend and can make all the difference in the world when you need a quick reference.

As you already know this is a work in process and as the cases unfold the spreadsheet will have to be updated. So, if you find any errors or corrections needed, please shoot me a message and I'll update the spreadsheet.

By the way, I'm not a lawyer or student of law, I'm a computer and systems specialist. So, I know how to create spreadsheets and work on computers but I understand very little about the law. As a matter of fact, I'm a law dummy - LOL

So, if you have law questions about settlements or dismissals, I'm not the one to ask. It would serve you better to ask someone else. But, as I've witnessed on this board, we have a wealth of knowledge between us and we have a common goal, in my opinion. We want the share price to go up and our little e.Digital to be a success.
