Tonight I performed an 'incognito' search in google for the search term 'medical alarm', and Google reported back that there were 26.7 million relevant results.

For some reason Google's search algorithms have determined that of those 26.7 million results, www.medipendant.com deserves to be the second (unpaid for) item on the first page (see screen capture below). And if others are like me, they tend to ignore the paid-for ad links at the very top of the screen and on the right side of the screen, as they only appear there because they were purchased by sponsors.

I was able to determine that there are nearly 50 thousand Google searches per month for the term 'medical alarm', which equates to more than 1,500 per day. So about every 60 seconds, someone searching for a 'medical alarm' on Google is provided with Medical Alarm Concept's Medipedant link near the very top of the natural (unpaid for) search results screen. That's once per minute, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There's no doubt in my mind that being sold via Costco (online) has alot to do with this stellar search result ranking. But regardless of the reason(s), this Google ranking is phenomenal for any company, and nearly unheard of for a microcap company. It's hard to imagine a better marketing referral program, with no associated cost. Think about it for a moment. It's not like the link is being shown to a random person every 60 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's being shown to a person who has already expressed interest in a 'medical alarm', because they have specifically performed a google search for one... targeted marketing at it's finest. Suffice it to say that I think this bodes well for MDHI's future prospects. As always, simply my opinion.
