By the way I don't think David speaking AFTER Market close was a Coincidence and I think BRILLIANT Giving all a great chance at digesting all weekend all the Content of the Interview


We Had an Exceptional LIVE radio Call and I have to say Our Very Unique Visionary David Foley did not let us down in any way. I Believe He was Honest, Assertive, Clever, In Control, Credible, Positive, and Informative. He certainly gave us a lot of information to Digest as Shareholders and none of us ought to be surprised since we can clearly see day by day that this little growth company of ours is growing literally in leaps and bounds and we ought to be Jumping up and down really and doing the Gratitude dance that we Actually have a Company that is this Transparent and shareholder friendly and this Focused On Not just laying out a Bold and Creative Vision BUT ACTUALLY Acting On It...Remember, I say again and Again, EXECUTION and Adding to the BOTTOM LINE RESULTS is what Gets Respect in the Marketplace. We are Certainly getting that from NTEK and in a World of Unscrupulous, No Character, No product , no real Revenues, Huff N Fluff PR's, No Execution and tons of Hype World of the So called Pink Sheet stocks, NTEK is not only Starting to Shine But Shine BRIGHTLY. In other words its becoming VISIBLE. There are and I guess will always be self serving Ignorant , inexperienced, fear filled people still talking out of their Emotions and lack of discipline and comparing NTEK to the Nonsensical World of Pink sheet companies and hoping, wishing, thinking and remaining stuck in their roller coaster world of Could have, should have, would haves




Now let me say that David said many things that are actually confirming the Confidence and hope we have in NTEK as an Investment longer term. Its very important to look at and hear and digest and understand what Management is saying here.
He talked about Paradigm shifts and this shift being the next wave. He talked again about the fact that they are expecting to become Profitable soon. He has also said before that Q 3 is going to be profitable. He talked about Global and mentioned Agreements in Europe and Asia. He talked about 100,000 Units of Nuvola moving THIS YEAR. He mentioned signing a deal next week and adding another 1000 titles. He clearly is focused on gathering Content for 4 K. He talked about the USP ( Unique selling Point ) of 4K as being that MOMENT the person see the screen ...they are SOLD ( So YES when people see this 4K resolution and brightness and clarity and if they can afford these bundled packages offered by NTEK, will they BUY? YES they WILL



Focus on TIMING My Friends. 6 Months is NOT a very long term Horizon and so ask Yourselves, " Am I committed to staying LONG and STRONG the Next 6 Months" Is this a DECISION you can make at the very least to then Assess the Growth and Delivering on expectations built and promises and Nuvola sales etc


I want to point out that the Synergistic & Cumulative Potential Power Punched Impact on revenues and bottom line profitability will become MUCH MORE EVIDENT by December END 2013. I am trying to help you think differently from day by day or minute by watching every price tick up and down Mind set , To remaining Calm and thinking Ahead


The 4K productions being ready by year end, the Nuvola sales becoming more clearer and self evident by year end, the Apps that are being introduced in august, the Extent of INCREASE in Profitability ( as opposed to right now snapshot moment of not being quite profitable...this is important because not only are we going to be able to see that Q3 was profitable as per Management announcement and expectation BUT also the Sudden INCREASE in PROFITABILITY and Moving in that Direction MORE and MORE by year end and Q4 end December 31st, 2013) Hope that makes sense.
The Last thing I want to bring up is the Wow Moment I had and the moment that should get some Light bulbs flashing.
That for me was the first time ever announced Number of Expecting to sell a Whopping 100,000 Units of Nuvola at $299 each


Now look I understand we don't really know where the Capital is coming from, what the exact nature of partnerships will be, who is the partner with panels etc ( seiki

It is SIGNIFICANT for two important reasons
1) This Number to the best of my Knowledge has never been mentioned to the Shareholders or the Street. This was the first time . Correct me if I am Wrong please
2) This whole Idea of Nuvola and now the extent to which this will Impact Revenues for 2013 and net bottom line Results and Profitability was never Known before.
So this is HUGE Folks


Coincidentally I also wanted to say that David said that look we are in the Q and A and due diligence process and answering a lot of questions before we announce the retail distribution outlets because we are like a "No name "....Folks my first inference is that they are OBVIOUSLY Talking to BIG Players in DISTRIBUTION Right? Local 7-11's don't ask too many questions LOL . second, Can you imagine what will happen to Credibility and thus the Results on Revenues and bottom line when they are not a "no name" and they are in front of Millions of Eyeballs because of these retail Distribution partnerships which will Obviously be EXPANDED over time.


Now listen we can all do the SIMPLE math which is $299 times 100,000 is $29.9 Million. BUT we don't exactly understand the True Nature of what the NET NET Results will be to the Profitability of the company. We don't understand the partnerships or capital flow or sources for production and so we don't know all the facts YET. But this will become clear soon enough.
What is CLEAR however is that this was not in the Previous Gross revenues Projections and second and more importantly that this IMPACT could be HUGE and we are talking the next 6 months over which this all starts to Culminate and Pronounce its IMPACT.
I had previously stated in a post yesterday that I personally believe that at the very least we should be at a market cap of 50 Million and that's a PPS translation of 10.4 cents and that I think should be RIGHT NOW.
BUT this was without the added expectation of the 100,000 Nuvola units being sold this year in 2013.
Folks, are you starting to see the Impact potentially possible on the underlying PPS as all these facts come to light. remember these are not Fluff PR's we are talking about . This is Real Life LIVE Fast paced GROWTH in a REAL Company With Multiple Revenue Streams . I haven't even addressed the fact that from Q1 to Q2 the Majority of the Gross Revenues Increase was from their Bread and Butter GAMING Division and some Media Contracts starting to come into their Media Division. Now the APPS being announced in August starts the Ball rolling in their Communications Division. So whats going to happen in the Gaming Division? The revenues are actually Going to not just continue but Go higher with more information yet to be at some point announced on Jumper etc. The Media Contracts will continue to be added. Multiple streams of residual Flowing Income. Are you starting to see some Light

So One thing that will become clearer is what exactly is going to be the Reasonable Expectation of the INCREMENTAL IMPACT on Bottom Line Net Net Profitability for 2013 Because of this 100,000 WOW ANNOUNCEMENT
