Got a response from Randy yesterday. While I am not convinced about his side of the story since it is difficult to prove anything, it appears the complaints have been filed and the powers that be have not yet taken action, so I will accept the lack of action as no fault to Randy.

Also, company business license should be Active again (if not already) by Monday.
