The securities lawyer looking after the DTCC chill quit! Yes DTCC can be challenging and a daunting task. DTCC is out to destroy OTC Markets and OTCBB issuers. They do not hide that fact! DTCC chills can be removed but they require the company to get involved intimately. CEO 1st task will be to take on the PPJE DTCC chill. The issue is that in the past she didn’t listen! We kept telling her STOP with the Shareholder Updates PR and mucking around with dividends and preferred shares.
