I did not have concrete knowledge but I had already figured that we were at the 1.2 billion share structure. We all knew that 2012 was a disaster. Weather Reid's other company gave TECO money or Reid pulled it out of his personal account, TECO still had to pay him back in some way. If you will call him and ask these questions you will be pleasantly surprised. I have no doubt in my mind that when we get to where we are making money with these next few leases TECO will start a buy back plan. Reid told me that there was 0ZERO chance of a reverse split but that TECO would solve the share structure problem in the future. This will not be that big of a deal in the long run. He also indicated that TECO is hammering out the details for the next few leases that will give Treaty a much larger % of the wells and hopefully even 100%, time will tell.
