Im still asking for a meeting where we can all hear Mr Reid explain his 250,000 salary from a company not in the green a penny since its conception I want him to expalin why he has stock options where he can give himself three times the value in shares? Im sure hes making close to maybe over a million a year on our backs., he has to expalin this. You see. The more he dilutes, the bigger the company grows. Therefore. Shareholders such as myself are getting bled down. While he gets to increase his salary and show more bopd thst dont equal the shares diluted.. He also can up his stock options and live large all because he diluted the crap out of me. I will not call him to hear his explanation. I want everyone to hear his explanation and he definitely has some explaining to do his salary is mind boggling. That being said. If he can prove hes working a million dollars a year worth. Then i will have no problem paying him. 1.2 billion shares guys! Mulshine swore the os would never hit the maz of the as before it was upped to 1.25. Im tired of being lied to. Either we cut out the dilution for frivolous crap or there will be consequences. You dont blow money on yourself if the company is losing millions. I heard Someone said Reid and a few others stopped taking pay recently. If this is true, that shows leadership, however it means all forms of pay imho or at least it should.. I will renounce all of these statements if this is true. But the damage is already done. And he needs to give shareholders a reason to stick around knowing that he wont continue an even more wild self salary and stock option plan. It used to be his company, but it is ours now. This is a publicly traded company. We shareholders paid for it in full. We either all work together with management to grow this company at an expedited rate or we can enforce what we have to to get things straight. We are all in this together. Bull is doing all he can in Texas and that is why we are still on the map. The company owes him a huge debt of gratitude. I havent seen upper management keep many promises , they cant even keep a damn shareholder meeting going. Sad they couldnt even announce a smidget of whats going on at san j 3. Not even a pressure. Not their fault i know.. would be nice to hear about it next week if allowed... Alright, that was the last rant. It is how i currently feel. It is up to management to change how i and countless others feel about the company. Soon i will have another boatload of cash on the side. The question will be, do i stay and support Reids salary, or go elsewhere. And btw. I am not talking about selling. Just wondering about buying never thought is say that... Ill keep my opinion to myself about these issues from here on out. Im sure im not the only one feeling this way as my phone has been going crazy all night and day..
