Noone thinks im a fool mr. Poop.... We are all thinking the same thing. Wtf were these expenses,, im pretty sure i know what company it was. I dont sound like a fool. A fool wouldnt be concerned at why a person running a company losing money needs such a large salary with stock options? And why e real man running this comoany is on the ground not getting payed.. I dont have to like the 60 million shares or so that went to a mystery company for mystery reasons. Im asking Reid to explain himself. If he jas a legitimate reason other than i needed money for my other company then fine. Or i wanted to award somebody millions for doing a good job in another company? Please explain some of these, at least the really bad looking ones. The pps is currently down 15% because of the dilution that was created. We havent drilled the standard yet which imho shouldve been done. Now do i beleive we will still sicceed wildly. YES. But everytime he takes a peice of the pie to award somebody or his other company, id like to know why because st decreases our peice of the pie in the long run. 1.2 billion shares is no joke. I dont think they will spend this way any ore. But im sure we have to dilute a little for for cfp. Belize needs to be announced asap. Im sure they stated a month to protect themselves from waiting time on the GOB. Because they can wait to announce commercial oil. Meanwhile while they wait, the pps will be lower and if we want to get a move on in texas will cost many more shares, once belize announced it will cost far less. So i wouldnt expect much from Texas until Nelize announcment. But thats just my opinion. Unless we somehow already have the funding to drill. What about paying this random company of his 3 times the value in stock for a bill thst was 3 times less? Its his own stock, if he trusts it then he knows he wont need 3 times to make a ton of mo ey. Bottom line, its our money hes spending. , id like to know on what, everything in there is very vague and can lead to pissing shareholders off if they dont completely understand what they mean. Better descriptions than what were give. Are necessary, i dont want to compare treaty to another company, its not another company. Its the one with all my money in it.. And everytime dilution occurs before cfp, id like to have a better explanation of why. If Reid is paying himself back times 3. I wanna know why. Because he also makes 250 plus thousand a year with stock options that we shareholders are paying him for a comoany not mcurrently making a dime... Hes ising the comoanies money to pay himself. Then uses that money to help thhe company, then gets 3 ti es the return? Um no sir. No thanks im not buying it. He does t get to live in the hog u til the shareholders arent the hogg anymore. Now that being said, i sure hope he decided to turn over a new leaf because theres no way id apprive such a large salary for someone spending my money and still hast become cfp. I understand the leases woth York were screwed up. But that doesnt explain alot of other spending. You see. His salary is going to grow regardless of the amount of shares out there. But my shares will be diluted and i have no treaty salary to back up on when the company grows. I can be pissed and i have every right to be. And i dont blame anyone else for being pissed. But trust me. This aint nothing compared to what i could be. Im just questioning his spending amd his large salary. Why diid they choose to put the 10k out before the Belize announc,ent. Are they letting friends and family buy all these cheap shares from shareholders that gave up from the 10k. Lol hell idk. Can make up a bunch of stuff but in the end as unfair as it is. , i will still make alotta money. I havent sold a single share. Only bought. Imho something should be known about Belize next week. When the GOB announces it. Who knows... But i sure as heck am tired of waiting to get back to drilling in Texas.., now thats my rant for the day. No point in staying pissed about some shopping addiction someone has. Get the company to CFP ASAP!
