This low floater quietly went about its business in 2011, and it appears it’s going to get a bit noisier in Jacksonville, Florida, home of Stakool, Inc. ( OTCQB : STKO ) in 2012. In early 2011, Stakool, Inc. entered into a purchase agreement with Anthus Life Corp. , and with 2011 in the books, this has turned into a remarkable marriage that produced a strong CEO for the company in Peter Hellwig and a strong product line that is only growing stronger. Hellwig was the CEO at Anthus Life Corp. , and became the obvious choice to run the newly expanded, fully reporting OTCQB company. Natural plus Energy™ bars come in 8 simple flavors… Granola Bar, Pecan Bar, Peanut Bar, Almond Bar, Cranberry Bar, Cashew Bar, Fruits and Nuts Bar, and the Sesame Almond Bar. The company prides itself on “simple food.” In the energy bars, you will find anywhere from 4 to 8 total ingredients ranging from nuts and seeds to fruits and grains that all highlight the company’s efforts to bring its customers “the right amount of all natural, tasty ingredients to give you the boost you need.” Anthus Life has stepped up its sales efforts with an online presence by offering the Natural plus Energy™ bars for sale online at two high traffic websites.
Peter Hellwig is looking for ways to expand the availability of the energy bars and we assume its new products into the future, and to that end, the CEO is utilizing both alice.com and drugstore.com to increase its sales. The two websites are visited millions of times each month by consumers. Alice.com is the leading e-commerce platform and online marketplace for household essentials.
Anthus Life utilizes Alice.com for its Natural plus Energy™ product line because of its industry leading direct-to-consumer platform for consumer packaged goods. Alice.com not only offers the products directly to its consumer following, but also provides the foundation for the shopping cart services on naturalplusenergy.com as well as for the online storefront on the product’s Facebook page.

New Sun Cookies …a new product offering through a bi-lateral agreement between Anthus Life Corp. and the company New Sun Cookies . New Sun Cookies are sold across Canada and the United States in health food stores, natural food sections of supermarkets, and many other retail outlets — including Costco, Whole Foods, Loblaws, convenience stores, and coffee specialty shops. This bi-lateral agreement will give STKO the opportunity to place its energy bars into already established distribution channels with the cookies.
New Sun Cookies are made from organic ingredients and are USDA Organic, ECO and Kosher certified and Organic Canada certified. The products are available in eight flavors and are made with whole grains, zero trans fat, low sodium and the company says a great source of fiber. When discussing the company’s potential strong sales growth throughout 2012, Hellwig points to this deal with New Sun Cookies as a great contributor. ”The addition provides expanded sales opportunity; we immediately gain a distributor and their existing sales; as well as having the distributor add our (energy) bars in the product offering to their existing down-line customers.”
