Encouraging points have been made. Maybe this level of dilution is normal for startup E&P's especially due to the heavy Belize financial burden. Maybe Reid loaned the company cash and was paid back in shares and those shares paid back debt. We knew last year was a piss poor year with many false starts so the revenue was not a surprise to me. I'm not sure how an unannounced 10K gets baked into the PPS and how those millions of traded shares get baked in but experience tells me this is generally true. I mean here we have surprises to shareholders on message boards all day, PMing each other constantly, speaking with headquarters, people on the ground feeding information regularly, etc, etc but nobody speaks to the reality of financials on a continuous basis! Many long mom and pop shareholders which includes myself are still surprised by some of the 10K's contents. I question how the market bakes this information into the PPS pie while proactive shareholders obviously can't and are still surprised. I hope tomorrows PR informs the not so educated on financials like me or the surprisingly uninformed like me as to what is going on. Regardless of what is in the PR I will take it with a grain of salt until these 10Q's and 10K's start to look better. I hope W. Texas can produce more revenue with miminal costs and the Belize rumors are realistic. Maybe the 2013 10Q1 looks a bit better. I assume what will get us to .04 tomorrow will be the contents of the PR of which some might already be knowledgible of it's contents.
