It's a New TECO because there is a man on the ground looking after the shareholders best interest. He put the shareholder before he puts himself. Nobody is happy about all the dilution.
It's not as bad as it looks and way we do our financing lends itself to the crazy reporting.
This is old news folks, get over it. Mr. Reid called me about an hour ago. I'm sure he'll have some challenging moments over the next few days. I'm also sure everything will be worked out.
