D. I swear for once im more pissed that you lol. All because of this. On February 4, 2013, the Company issued 62,600,847 shares of its common stock to a related entity controlled by Andrew Reid to eliminate a debt of $329,000 to the related entity. The shares were valued at $970,313.
If thats his frickin airport, i will about have had it..., i did not buy treaty stock so that it could buy parts of an airport/casino for Reid to fly to at times like this. Maybe if he spent less time there and more time working for his 250 plus thousand dollar salary, we might have drilled san juan 3 by frickin february! Here was nothing in the risk statement stating that i am risking my money in case treaty buys a damn airport casino. I think they stated they have some oil rights there. Bwahahaha. What a crock! reaid needed cash for his bs casino and he stole it from us knowing we would never drill there! Thats my honest opinion. He can eat it,! I want those shares bought back on market immediately! Ues san juan three will make us all forget about this but for now. Im pissed!
