My recommendation for all of us investors is to demand that the company hold a shareholder's meeting. When was their last one, and no, a conference call doesn't count as that. I believe that they are required under SEC regulations to do that, and we should petition for that. Then everything gets put on the table, like it should, as investors would have an opportunity to ask questions pertinent to the business activities. Understandably, not everyone can attend such a meeting, but groups of shareholders could formally appoint a representative and offer questions for that person to ask and then be allowed to post the responses since the information presented at the meeting becomes public info at that time. Just a thought.
