Why would you wait till below $1?-sometimes, I don't get it. Trying to get the perfect bottom might cost you a fortune.
You could have flipped it several times by now instead of waiting.
Mr. momentum is here now for both FNMA and FMCC. You could have bought around $1-$1.10 and sell for 40-50% gain in a day or two. Rinse and repeat all the way to the earning and the real run to $5 and above IMO..
