Maszap03, your points are well articulated and you

Maszap03, your points are well articulated and your concerns are valid in my opinion. I still own my shares, and have not sold a single one, but these are serious concerns. Where will the company be six months from now or one year from now? No one knows for certain, because we are all in the dark right now and awaiting news to dispel our fears/concerns.
Does Hollund have tremendous potential? Well, if they can do what they say they can do, the answer is most definitely yes.
Will all the Class C shares be converted? I would say no. I say this because the stock would go to no bid long before that ever happens.
If Hollund was harvesting trees (even manually) would all this converting still be going on? This is once again an unknown.
I suspect Hollund provided shares to the bank that just issued them a loan. So is this who is selling shares? I suspect it could be. The bank might want some money up front to reduce their risk. How many shares might have been given? I don't know, but often a funding source is provided shares at a steep discount to entice the bank to provide the loan. Some of these shares typically do enter the market immediately to reduce the banks risk.
We do know that Hollund is ready to sign papers for its first concession, and we were told in the last PR that they were in route to do just that, and armed with the money from the loan. That means that once the news hits the wires, and provided the share selling stops, the excitement could once again be back. But the share selling must stop for any serious price appreciation to start. Furthermore, I suggest that Hollund must address the increased number of shares immediately, and tell us what they intend to do.
These are my two cents worth, or about 200 HIMR shares at current prices. As always, everyone must make up their own minds about what is in their best interest.
