Riss/Richards obviously did a paid promotion to get the volume up on FB and with a redundant PR today are unloading probably 50mm+ CDs starting with the runup and now VFIN bid whacking since yesterday. VFIN needs to get the price back down to reload cheap CDs. Mgt does care as they plan a RS as they have done before..
