On the other site you said the deed of trust against the mine was like a mortgage. Make up your mind. It's either like a mortgage or it's like a lien. They take your home when you default on a mortgage. Don't they?
This would be the second time they defaulted. The first time came with harsh warnings and new controls that allow them to take the mine if SIRG defaults again.
