Yea, better than average volume, but still low me

Yea, better than average volume, but still low me thinks, at a mere 1.5% of the total shares outstanding. Obviously the float itself is smaller than that but even so I should think really healthy volume would mean seeing about 5% to 10% of the stock trading intraday which would entail daily volume at about 200M shares. A while back it got pretty close, trading intraday roughly 145M shares. IMO that was impressive to see, and the PPS hit a high I think almost near half a cent. One can take note that when the stock is experiencing rather low volume (on an absolute basis) the PPS tends to be under the moving averages and near par value, whereas when there is "healthy" volume, the PPS tends to retest the moving averages and even sometimes spikes over them.
I think for now the so called "technicals" are meaningless in this stock. In my opinion, the stock will go nowhere unless there exists fundamental game changers or at the very least, proof of forward corporate progress. The CEO has made many claims about the immediate future many times and then nothing has ever actually come to fruition. He stated several months ago in a shareholder update that they were testing the new dry herb vaporizer and that it's launch was imminent and that corporate news (10K, audit, uplisting, DTC chill, etc) would be coming as well; suggesting such news items would be happening in the next "month or two". Well, that was several months ago, so IMO it looks like just more of the same, over-promising and under-delivering. RFMK needs REAL actualized corporate progress and sales in order to get the stock to move. This much I think is obvious. IMO the stock is stuck in the mud until or if any of that ever happens. Though difficult to see is the future, so really anything could happen at anytime. DTC could step in on any given day with a global lock, etc, or, any day the company could come out with game changing corporate news which could rock shorty's world. I guess we shall see what happens, in the end.
