No question that we need more information, and I fully agree with your concerns. The only problem I see is that HIMR might need more than one TigerLynk if two or more concessions are acquired. That would mean the selling (or conversion) would continue for some time longer, and that would keep share prices low. However, the up-side is that revenue will come in even faster and higher than anyone thought. So I suppose it all depends on if one is doing long or short term planning.
I am not ruling out the possibility that HIMR is a share selling scam. However, the fact that a bank has now fronted the money needed for at least one concession seems to refute such a notion. In my opinion, a bank would be given much more information than we have been given, and would need much more assurance that HIMR is a legit company with real revenue potential. This provides me with great hope of things to come.
