I am saying that the accountant is well versed in deceiving investors and has had a heavy hand in how to deal with the public entity part of the business more so than Mark .. Yet he , as Bogden get the worms that are found on liehub to rally behind him . You have no idea why Jerry G , turned on Mark , Yet I'm sure he has one and I'll tell you its not an honorable one . But maybe you can close a blind eye to that as others have so as to get your sacrificial lamp ... Let me ask you this .. Why did Bogden turn on Mark ? ... Also why are most of the friends Bogden has (counting himself) posting on liehub ? Because in person the guy is the biggest asshole and when he opens his mouth you just know you can't trust him ... The one he most converses with has some problems of his own in the head from what I hear .   I've made it clear how I deal with pennys . There is nothing that has happened that has surprised me , Disappointed me yes but not surprised me .. What is more disturbing then another penny doing what most of them do , is the fact that there are those that preach about getting the bad guy while at the same time converse and conspire with the ones that have had a major roll in the deception .  You would do well to learn who all the characters are if you are to play with the pennys ... This is a place where Who you know and what you know about them can help you ... This story is still unfolding ...
