Mr. David Watkins and Mrs. Susanne Hermans were respectively reappointed as Président du Conseil d'Administration and Directeur-Général Délégué of EURO, by the board of directors after the shareholders meeting.
As well, EURO reports that following the annual ordinary general and extraordinary meeting of shareholders held June 25, 2013, the board of directors has determined that a dividend in the amount of EUR 0.36 per ordinary share will be paid to shareholders on August 6, 2013.
