OK, I finally got through to Jim at CDFT, and was able to complete everything, AGAIN.  He stated that I should have my shares by next week.

Anyone else gotten theirs yet??

I was calling every 30 minutes, getting the answering machine, and emailing Jay and Anita for the past two days, SOLID.  I left a couple messages and a couple emails to have someone call me, because I could not get through, BUT FINALLY, Jim answered.

Now, we wait and see! Hopefully this will finally get straight and get going.
