Let me ask this then. With the outlook being what it is , positive, why not let the pps rise on this great news and then sell less shares for more money to build a tigerlynk? Why dilute the market with so many shares , if that is what's going on? Having stock to sell in the future goes a long way and diluting at these pps for the amount it costs to build a tigerlynk doesn't make since from a company stand point imo. Just saying this news could have launched himr where it should be and diluted less shares. I'm still long here and I hope there is a master plan here in the works that we don't know about but it still does not make since.
