integracer, I believe one of the things you mentioned will be included in HIMR's announcement. We know management personally owns shares as does Lonnie Hayward. They can make a whole lot more money if the PPS takes off than they can by simply selling shares at .0001.They seem intent on doing this the right way and I believe they realize the have one shot at doing it right to get the big bucks. Now if they had nothing going for them and this is a scam, then selling would be the only way to make some money, but I do not believe that to be the case here. Guess we'll know soon enough.
