Start Scientific, Inc. intends to utilize its unique management contacts to acquire additional oil and gas assets throughout the world, as well as expand its exploration and development of existing properties. The Company currently owns concessions and leases covering approximately 120,000 acres in Romania, this acreage encompasses six existing oil and gas fields. All of the fields have significant undrained and undeveloped oil and gas reserves. The company plans to drill one new well in each of three fields in Romania, and participate in two new wells in the two fields operated by Amromco (Bordei Verde Vest and Nadlac Fields). In addition, one existing well will be recompleted in the Catrunesti Field, and work will commence on repairing or replacing the existing pipeline in the Alexandria Block. Additionally, the Company holds a significant interest in the Pickens Field located 35 miles north of Jackson, Mississippi, in Madison and Yazoo Counties. We estimate that as many as twenty locations are possible, and total recovery could be 200,000 barrels of oil per well.
