If it is a signed deal, why use the word "LOI"? Anbody that has been around the OTC has heard about these China deals and nothing ever happens. That is most likely why nothing has happened with the pps after hearing of this LOI or "deal" as you say.
Hope to hear more about this deal soon. Would love to hear about what channel(s) we will be on this Sept. That would be a positive.
