Well someone there is going to get an earful this

Well someone there is going to get an earful this afternoon.  Maybe from more than just me.  Just to make this clear to everyone.  My emotions are in check here.  I've been through this wayyy too many times to get wound up about it.  Just going to do something to attempt to make a difference.
